With notes of Ginger, Garlic, Lime, Bell Peppers & Tomato. Finishing with a wonderful heat emanating from the Scotch Bonnet. Ingredients: Red Peppers, Tomatoes, Onions, Scotch Bonnet Chilli (8%), Mineral Water, White Vinegar, Lime, Ginger (2.01), Garlic, Organic Coconut Oil, Himalayan Pink Salt, Sugar. (Medium-Hot).

    1. Jerk Chicken: Slather it on your jerk to liven it up Caribbean style!
    2. Rice and Beans: Drizzle it over to spice up a classic dish.
    3. Grilled Veggies: Toss your veggies in the sauce before grilling.
    4. Fish Skewers: Perfect for adding a zesty kick to seafood.
    5. Wraps: Add it to your favourite wraps for an extra layer of heat.(put through sour cream /mayonnaise for that happy ending!).
    6. Curry Dishes: Stir it into curries for a Caribbean twist. Or stews, even a slant on bolognaise!
    7. Stews: Add to that lovely Irish stew , or even add to your bolognaise
    8. Mayonnaise: For all your snacks and to take a little heat out for the ones who don’t like it toooo hot!
    9. Buffalo sauce: For the most amazing Buffalo sauce, put two desert spoons with 25g of butter & brown sugar or honey to taste. Heat up slowly to emulsify. Bring to the boil & leave to go cold if desired.
